I recently helped out an old friend of mine, Jason Pederson, who is the executive chef at Hotel Blackfoot with an audition video for Top Chef Canada. This video was shot and edited in essentially one day, actually it was two half days but that works out mathematically to one full day. After several rounds of elimination in the casting by the shows producers, Jason was ultimately unsuccessful in his bid to appear on the show. Here’s to next year!
